About me
I am a neurodynnamic counselor with over 30 years experience in Mental Health; I see adolescents, adults and couples in person and online.
My traits as a therapist are honesty, warmth, clarity, calm, presence, and unconditional acceptance. I draw from personal experience, combined with my training, to cultivate. a compassionate and practical approach to care. I prioritize ongoing education and staying up-to-date with current research and therapeutic techniques. If you need help with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (I call it, neurodynamics) or phobias; or maybe you need support with navigating a major life change, grief, confusion, life transitions, communication, career challenges, or trauma I would love the opportunity to help.
I provide traditional talk therapy complemented by practices such as meditation, sound healing, somatics and mindfulness practices. I counsel from my own experiences, and that is a very important part of my practice. I am opening and welcoming of all lifestyle choices.
