About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Intern specializing in couples and relationship counseling and improving communication skills.
I have been working as a social worker for 30 years in the community helping others define their personal goals and develop plans to achieve these goals, as well as identifying and overcoming any barriers. I am not finishing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to be able to offer more specialized services in a private setting. I have additional training in couples counseling and sexuality, family dynamics, grief and loss, as well as trauma, anxiety and mood disorders. My approach is very relaxed and friendly, and I am known for being very easy to talk to and work with. I am happy to schedule a 15-20 minute "discovery" call for you to see if we are a good fit!
