About me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor providing individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, professional burnout, major life changes, and stress management. My work is grounded in a collaborative, integrative, and evidence-based approach that considers the whole person—mind, body, and context.
I offer individual therapy services online to busy adults trying to create space themself. My platform provides a secure and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings with an experienced therapist. Therapy with me is laid-back but direct, never sterile, and should be something you look forward to. If you’re looking for someone who will just nod and ask, ‘How does that make you feel?’ I’m probably not the right therapist for you. I will listen and challenge you to make real changes. Clients learn practical tools to help manage stress, quiet their inner critic, and feel more in control of their emotions. Using a modern, integrative approach, I tailor evidence-based tools to meet your needs.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I aim to make the intake process clear, supportive, and low-pressure. Early sessions focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress or anxiety. Working with me feels collaborative, conversational, and tailored to you. I work best with thoughtful, emotionally aware clients who want both insight and practical support. Progress looks different for everyone, but often looks like increased clarity, steadier emotions, improved coping, and feeling more grounded in daily life—with space for humor and real-life messiness along the way. You can expect a supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sustainable change.
I regularly participate in continuing education focused on evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed care. I’m especially interested in integrative mental health approaches that consider the whole person, including nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and lifestyle factors such as sleep, movement, and stress management. I also value ongoing consultation and reflective practice, which help me stay thoughtful, current, and responsive to each client’s unique needs. Staying curious and informed allows me to bring clients the most relevant, effective, and holistic care possible.
