About me
I provide a warm, supportive space where children, teens, adults, and families can feel heard, build on their strengths, and develop healthy tools to navigate life with greater confidence.
I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and valued. With more than 15 years of experience working with children and families, I bring a compassionate and practical approach to counseling. I work with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.
My goal is to meet each client where they are, understand their unique experiences, and build on the strengths they already have. Together, we’ll develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, manage emotions, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and supported throughout their journey.
