Hi there.
I am a Psychotherapist and Psychedelic Integration Specialist.
I have specialized in anxiety and trauma for many years and am excited to be able to share psychedelics as an option for deeper healing. I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, psychedelic preparation & integration and harm reduction support for your personal use of psilocybin. This type of approach is also really great for people looking to explore their own psyche, their relationship to the world and to their sense of the spiritual.

Supporting healing in traditional therapy and with the assistance of psychedelics is truly my heart's work. I am so grateful to be in support of clients' journeys of self discovery, insight, perspective shifting and healing. I strongly believe that we all have an inner healer, intuition or knowing that is our true path to healing from hurts and reorienting in our relationships to self, others and the world. As your therapist, I get to help you get in touch with this inner healer and empower you to heal yourself. I believe this can be spirit level work and will respectfully hold space for your expression and exploration.

With 20+ years of practice in traditional psychotherapy I am a learned, strong clinician with a lot of tools in her belt. This can be of great comfort to people new to exploring traditional therapy and non-ordinary (psychedelic) experiences. I have a masters in clinical social work and have completed an 18 month Psychedelic Practitioner Training program with Synthesis Institute, the PRATI Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy training and regularly participate in smaller trainings including those specific to psychedelics in a healing context. I often pull from my extensive trauma-informed tool belt with approaches such as mindfulness, EMDR, attachment theory, neuropsychology and somatics to further support your journey.
You will find sessions with me to be relaxed and paced according to your goals and comfort level. My intention is to create a space for you that is authentic, respectful and safe so you can explore your challenges and discover your truth.
