About me
I am an experienced therapist that loves what I do, have a strong desire to help people of all ages that are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, grief over loss, unbearable stress and eating disorders. My philosophy is to treat every individual how I would want to be treated. We're in this together and today is a good day to put yourself first!
I will celebrate my 20th year of work within the mental health field on May 5, 2025. I find this work to be very rewarding and growth-promoting for myself and my clients. I meet my clients where they are at mentally and walk alongside them in an effort to help them feel not alone. I have much knowledge and enthusiasm for the CBT and DBT models, as well as adopt a strength-based perspectives to ensure that every client can achieve success tomorrow by reaching their full potential today.
