About me
I offer collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for people navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, overwhelm, and parenthood to help them better understand themselves and build lives that feel more like their own.
Maybe your mind rarely slows down. You feel everything intensely, get overwhelmed more easily than other people seem to, or spend enormous amounts of energy trying to stay organized, meet others’ expectations, and appear “okay.” Maybe you’re feeling disconnected and discouraged.
You may already know you’re neurodivergent, or you may be wondering whether ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivity, or another difference could help explain your experience. You might also be moving through pregnancy, postpartum life, parenthood, matrescence, chronic illness, adolescence, or another transition that has changed how you see yourself.
Many of the people I work with are anxious, burned out, overstimulated, or disconnected from who they are because they spend all their energy doing everything they believe they should be doing. That leaves very little energy left for themselves. My clients aren’t necessarily looking for someone to “fix” them. Many of them want space to understand themselves, find relief, and start the work of creating a life that truly feels like theirs. One that doesn’t drain them and fight them every step of the way.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis or the perfect words for what you’re experiencing to start working on building a life that fits you better.
