About me

I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping others find tools to move through their journey of life to be able to become the best version of themselves.

I started my therapy journey in the Rocky Mountains of Utah, where I worked as a behavior specialist with youth and adults on the autism spectrum (including time with the State of Utah) before becoming a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).

Over the years, I’ve supported clients from age 3 to 80, and I’m a proud LGBTQ+ ally who believes therapy can be both meaningful and a little bit human (yes, laughing is allowed).

My work is grounded in a holistic approach, and I’m trained in TF-CBT and EMDR to help clients move from “stuck” to “steady.”

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me with my four kids, learning something new, or attempting to “relax” with puzzles, board games, and video games (results may vary).
