About me
I own Woven Path Counseling LLC, and work with women ALL ages. I am based in the Wausau area and work with individuals throughout Wisconsin. I offer gentle, grounding support for stress resulting from employment, relationships, pregnancy, postpartum parenting, perimenopause, menopause, chronic health concerns, caregiving, trauma and loss. My approach is warm, calm, and deeply validating. Although my work centers women’s experiences, I affirm and welcome all gender identities relating to these concerns.
I honor your journey and we go at your pace. My approach is professional yet easygoing, grounded in trauma-informed care and a variety of evidence-based methods. Together, we’ll find what helps you feel supported, understood, and empowered.
