About me
Hello, and welcome. I'm a licensed therapist in the state of Michigan with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate a wide range of life challenges. My areas of focus include stress and anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting issues, and adjusting to significant life changes. I understand that life can be overwhelming at times, and seeking support is a courageous first step toward creating a healthier and more fulfilling life.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Whether you're struggling with daily stressors, facing a major transition, or dealing with long-standing emotional challenges, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you already possess many of the strengths needed to overcome what’s holding you back. My role is to help you access those strengths, build on them, and explore new strategies for moving forward. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, using an approach that is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Taking that first step toward healing isn’t always easy, but it can be life-changing. I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way. Therapy is not about fixing you—because you're not broken. It’s about helping you reconnect with your inner resilience and begin living a life that feels more aligned, balanced, and fulfilling.
If you're ready to take that next step, I’m here to walk with you.
