About me
Welcome! I'm a caring empath that is excited to work with you to become your best self.
Life can be challenging. Relationships, family, school, work, and other stressors can feel overwhelming. Sometimes we can do everything “right” and things still don’t go as we wish. Don’t struggle alone. Amy Goffstein knows what it is like to feel stuck and alone, which is why she is passionate about creating a non-judgmental space where you can feel seen and heard. She is gifted as a natural empath and has a unique ability to challenge her clients to dig deeper while supporting them with the necessary tools and unconditional regard necessary for them to explore and find their answers within.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges or parenting issues, Amy brings a wealth of life experiences and knowledge while utilizing evidence-based approaches to her treatment including humanistic, psychodynamic cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, existential therapy and multi-cultural therapy.
She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families and helps them establish clear goals and a realistic, effective plan to achieve them.
