About me
I provide a safe, supportive space for children, teens, and adults to explore their challenges, build coping skills, and connect with their authentic selves. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique story.
When life feels overwhelming, confusing, or painful, reaching out for support can be one of the bravest steps you take. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, identity exploration, and relationship concerns.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be real, be heard, and begin to grow. I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy with creative and interactive techniques to make the process engaging and tailored to you.
I also bring the perspective of lived experience, which helps me meet clients with empathy, authenticity, and respect. I see therapy not just as a place for healing, but as a space to rediscover your strengths, build new skills, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
