Welcome, I have experience counseling families, couples, children, and individuals. I have 9 years of experience in counseling, 5 years with children and families in the school system, and 4 years with private practice individuals and couples. I completed my internship working with children and adults in a hospital setting experiencing a crisis.

My approach: I present a therapeutic alliance that is unbiased and offer an ideal short and long-term client experience you can return to as needed comfortably. I offer a note of choice in treatment planning and create an ideal counseling experience with written outcomes. I provide resources and skill-building focuses to reinforce the process.
My focus: Areas of focus: Anxiety, depression, and lifestyle development. I appreciate a larger perspective of life path development and add elements of this topic to each client's story.
My communication style: I am an assertive communicator. I will be active in focusing on goals.
