About me

I am a therapist who helps professionals and high-achievers navigate anxiety, life transitions, and burnout by integrating practical therapy tools with the intentional, structured philosophy of mise en place (everything in its place).

believe that healing, like any meaningful creation, begins with thoughtful preparation. This idea inspired the name of my practice, Mise en Place Mental Health. Just as a chef organizes their ingredients before cooking, we’ll organize your inner world, sorting through the clutter of stress, anxiety, or life transitions to find clarity, resilience, and a clear path forward.

My journey to becoming a therapist wasn’t linear. Before my clinical career, I managed high-pressure restaurant environments, where I learned firsthand about leadership, operational flow, and human dynamics under stress. This experience allows me to uniquely understand the pressures faced by professionals and service workers. I don’t just offer a listening ear; I offer a structured, pragmatic partnership. I am a Master in Social Work under supervision, and integrate evidence-based approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you not only understand your patterns but actively change them.

My practice is built for those who feel overwhelmed by the demands of performance, are navigating a significant transition, or find themselves stuck in cycles of anxiety or depression. You are not here to be "fixed," but to be equipped. Together, we will identify the tools you already have, develop new skills, and create a personalized plan, transforming overwhelm into actionable growth and cultivating a life that feels intentional and sustainable.

If you’re looking for therapy that is both deeply human and practically focused, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. Let’s prepare, together.
