I’m a licensed therapist serving New Jersey and Delaware with 15 years of experience walking alongside individuals as they navigate real‑life challenges and emotional transitions. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for each person’s story.
I support clients through the complexities of family dynamics, trauma, identity shifts, and personal growth. Much of my focus is helping people strengthen communication, rebuild self‑esteem, and move through relational or internal conflicts with clarity and confidence. I’m especially committed to working with individuals carrying family‑related stress, abandonment wounds, or the weight of past experiences they’re ready to release.
