About me
I’m a licensed professional counselor who believes that therapy is a collaborative process where you should feel heard, respected, and supported. I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I recognize that every person’s experiences are different, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we can identify what is affecting you, develop a better understanding of your thoughts and emotions, and build practical tools that can help you move forward.
My Experience & Education
I have professional experience providing behavioral health services and supporting individuals through a variety of mental health and life challenges. My clinical training and experience have provided me with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. I also have training and experience utilizing EMDR principles when appropriate for clients working through trauma and distressing experiences.
