About me

You want to appear capable and put together, but deep down you’re struggling with overwhelm, emotional intensity, or self-doubt—and you wonder if ADHD might be part of the picture. As a woman with late diagnosed ADHD myself, I know how that feels, and I would be so honored to walk this journey with you.
Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and confidence as you navigate life’s transitions and challenges. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can exhale, find relief, and reconnect with your sense of self.
I provide in-person therapy in Monument, Colorado, and online sessions throughout the state.

You’re someone who is thoughtful, capable, and often trying very hard, yet you still find yourself feeling scattered or behind, emotionally exhausted, and frustrated with yourself for not being able to “get it together” the way others seem to. You may be managing school, work, relationships, or family while quietly battling anxiety, burnout, or constant self-criticism. You’re tired of masking and pushing through. But you’re ready to make a change. You’re ready to understand your brain with compassion. You’re ready to feel more regulated, confident, and grounded. Most of all, you’re ready to build a life that works with you, not against you. I want to help you get there.
I specialize in working with women and teen girls with ADHD who struggle with overwhelm, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and the impact ADHD can have on identity, relationships, and self-worth. Many of my clients come to me looking for a therapist who truly understands how ADHD presents differently in females, often internally, emotionally, and beneath the surface. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and not judged. Sessions with me are collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to you, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), skills from DBT, and body-based approaches to help you build insight, practical tools, and self-trust, without trying to “fix” who you are.
I’ll meet you where you are and support you in learning how to manage overwhelm, regulate emotions, clarify your values, and move forward with more confidence and self-compassion. A life where you feel capable, connected, and at ease in your own skin is possible. You don’t have to keep struggling silently or blaming yourself for things that are actually rooted in how your brain works, and you don’t have to do it alone. I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation and take the first step toward feeling more grounded, understood, and empowered. I look forward to connecting with you.
