I have diverse experience in various therapeutic settings including crisis counseling, school-based therapy, and outpatient therapy. I am certified in trauma therapy, and I help teens & adults dealing with stress of everyday life. Whether it be depression, anxiety, trauma, or major life changes, I am here to help.
