About me
I have been providing mental health and substance abuse therapy since 2007, helping clients challenge disruptive thoughts and behaviors and set goals for the future they want. Therapy can help you work through past and present problems that could be holding you back in relationships, at work, and in other important areas of your life. Processing negative thoughts and emotions in a non-judgmental space, can help you build lasting change and deepen your personal and professional relationships.
I believe mental health is the foundation of a well-lived life, and I’m honored to join clients in their journey of betterment and exploration. Since 2007, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges, including mental health, substance use, and relationship issues.
My approach is client-driven, which means your goals set the direction. Every person comes to therapy with their own story, strengths, and ways of seeing the world, and I build our work around you as a person, rather than a one-size-fits-all plan. Together, we will explore the feelings, thoughts, and behavior patterns that may be holding you back from the person you want to be and the life you want to live. We will work toward long-term changes and make improvements that matter most to you.
My office is a safe, comfortable, judgment-free space where you can say what you’re really thinking and feeling. Processing difficult emotions and beliefs in this environment can open the door to real, lasting change in your relationships, your work, and your day-to-day life.
Whether you are struggling right now or simply ready to grow, I would be glad to walk alongside you. I offer immediate appointments, both in person and through teletherapy, so getting started is easy and flexible.
I’m excited to work with you in an effort to achieve the life you want.
