About me
NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!!! Greetings, friends! I am committed to meeting my clients exactly where they are from week to week, with a strong focus on building the therapeutic relationship with each new person. I offer each client warmth, empathy, unconditional positive regard, non-judgmental compassion, and openness while maintaining the utmost level of confidentiality. I have worked with many ex-offenders, veterans, correctional staff, medical professionals, active military, and military families, LGBTQIA+ clients, and happily provide gender-affirming services for those who need them.
I have approximately 4 years of experience in mental health counseling and employ a variety of methods, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based Therapy (SFT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy (FST). Whether you are adjusting to new life circumstances or need a partner to explore facets of your identity, I warmly welcome you to join me. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or believe we could be a good match, based on the information provided. I look forward to communicating with you soon!
