About me

I am a trauma-informed counselor offering EMDR therapy, walk and talk therapy, and individual counseling to help women heal from relational wounds, break free from people-pleasing and perfectionism, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

You’ve spent years doing what was expected of you—showing up for others, keeping the peace, holding it all together. On the outside, you look capable, steady, even strong. On the inside, you may feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. If you’ve ever wondered who you’d be without the constant pressure to perform, filter, or please others, therapy can give you the space to find out.

I work with adults (21+) navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and unresolved emotional wounds. Many of my clients describe themselves as high-functioning but emotionally tired—caught between survival strategies that once protected them and the desire to live more authentically now. Together, we explore how early experiences, family dynamics, or relational wounds may still be shaping how you show up today.

I graduated with my Master’s in Counseling from Amberton University and have training in trauma-informed approaches, attachment theory, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). My professional experience includes supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional wounds, and patterns of self-abandonment that keep them feeling stuck. I bring both clinical skill and genuine compassion to the therapy room, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore their truth without judgment.

My approach is person-centered and collaborative—I believe therapy works best when we walk the journey together. Sessions are a space to slow down, tell the truth, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been buried under pressure or silence. If faith integration is important to you, I also offer Christian counseling.

Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or perfection—it’s about permission. Permission to feel what you feel. To set boundaries without guilt. To speak without over-editing yourself. To discover who you are beyond the image you’ve been performing.

Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, or old relational wounds, I’d be honored to help you move from surviving toward thriving. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
