About me
I'm a therapist with six years of crisis intervention and clinical experience supporting clients through a wide range of mental health challenges. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and the emotional complexity that comes with major life transitions.
My practice focuses on helping clients address challenges and stressors that impact important areas of life. This may include communication difficulties, loneliness, mood disorders, attachment concerns, impulse control as well as supporting those coping with anxiety and panic attacks, self-harm, substance use challenges, personality-related concerns, and end-of-life transitions. Additionally, I work with clients facing workplace stress, women's health issues, and the emotional toll of serious illness.
I believe in meeting each person where they are with genuine care and practical support. My approach is collaborative and grounded in helping you develop healthier coping strategies and deeper self-understanding. Whether you're working through a specific crisis or seeking longer-term growth, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity and compassion.
I work with adults 18 and older. Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to support your healing journey.
