About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma, as well as relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and questions about life purpose and meaning.
My approach honors both spiritual and secular perspectives, creating space for clients whose values include faith as well as those who don't. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and abuse, work through family dynamics, and build healthier communication patterns. I'm experienced in supporting young adults facing social anxiety, panic, attachment challenges, and the complexities of blended families, adoption, and foster care experiences.
I also work with individuals managing mood disorders, codependency, self-harm, and the aftermath of domestic violence or sexual assault. Whether you're navigating workplace stress, seasonal mood changes, or the weight of abandonment and emptiness, I'm here to help you find your footing.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported. I'm honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater peace, resilience, and self-love.
