About me
My goal in a therapeutic relationship is to help you access the tools you need in order to find fulfillment in your life. I support my clients in challenging negative thoughts, accessing internal and external support, and setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. Whether you’re navigating difficult emotions like anger or grief, struggling to make a hard decision in your career or relationships, or are overwhelmed by everyday stress, we can work together toward developing the clarity and ease you require for the life you're striving for.
My practice is informed by a range of tools and modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Nonviolent Communication. My approach is collaborative, eclectic, and person-centered, whether you're recovering from stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or abuse.
I offer a warm but objective perspective—with a little humor when necessary—within a relationship built on respect and trust to create the safety you need to share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. It takes courage to take the first steps toward a more fulfilling and happier life; I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
