About me
I take a collaborative approach to therapy, which means we’ll work together to explore what’s happening in your life, identify what matters most to you, and develop tools and strategies that feel realistic and empowering. Whether you’re processing past experiences, navigating current stressors, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Together, we’ll look at how negative thought patterns influence your emotions and behaviors, while also strengthening coping skills and healthy habits that can help reduce mental health symptoms and support lasting growth.
I feel that my greatest strengths are empathy and patience, along with my ability to work collaboratively with you to evaluate and create realistic goals. I also consider my openness to learning from clients’ diverse backgrounds and experiences—without making assumptions—to be a key strength and an important tool in building trusting, meaningful therapeutic relationships.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over three years of experience in outpatient counseling, and I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you through both struggles and growth—witnessing your resilience, helping you uncover your strengths, and supporting you in creating positive change. I am committed to fostering a space where you feel accepted, comfortable, seen, and empowered.
