About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, grief, anger, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in compassion and a commitment to meeting you where you are.
I specialize in helping people explore self-worth, improve communication, and work through complex emotions like guilt, shame, and abandonment. I also support those facing relationship challenges—including divorce, attachment concerns, and commitment issues—as well as individuals managing mood disorders, trauma, and postpartum depression.
Beyond these areas, I'm experienced in supporting women's issues, workplace concerns, caregiver stress, chronic pain, and neurodivergence. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and blended families, recognizing that each life stage brings unique struggles and strengths.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and values-aligned. I create a space that honors your beliefs and perspectives, and I'm committed to working with you in a way that feels authentic and respectful. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported without judgment.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater peace and purpose.
