About me
I work with individuals and couples who carry a great deal — and need a place where they don’t have to. For some, life has always felt like an uphill climb. For others, it felt manageable until a relationship, parenting season, or major transition shifted the ground beneath them. Many find themselves somewhere in between. Therapy offers space to slow down, understand the patterns shaping your life, and move forward with clarity. Early in my career, I focused on adolescents and young adults — seasons still close to my heart. As a wife of over 20 years and mother of four boys, I also enjoy walking alongside adults at every stage.
Across my work, I prioritize evidence-based care that is thoughtful, relational, and responsive to each client’s unique context — integrating practical tools with deeper relational work to address both present symptoms and the patterns that sustain them.
It takes real strength to face your battles head on and grow through what is difficult. I have deep admiration for the work my clients undertake — often quietly and while continuing to show up for everyone else. If you choose to sit across from me, you can expect warmth and space where you do not have to perform or hold everything together. Let’s connect.
