About me

I provide virtual, faith-based counseling to women, adolescents, and older children. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, adjusting to change, eating disorders, and food allergies.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over nine years of therapy experience. I work virtually with women, teenagers, and older children. Areas of specialty and interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment to life changes, body image and eating disorders, as well as coping with food allergies. My hope is that my clients would become empowered to rewrite their stories, reclaim joy, and find healing through a holistic therapeutic approach.

I received my Bachelors of Science from College of the Ozarks, double majoring in Psychology and Sociology and a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology at Evangel University. I am a certified Food Allergy Coach as well as a Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist. In addition to being a professionally licensed counselor, I am board certified through NBCC and am a member-presidential in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors. I have experience in private practice, outpatient, school based, as well as residential settings.
