About me
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and art therapy to foster insight, healing, and growth.
I am also trained in neurofeedback, a brain-based intervention that supports self-regulation and optimizes cognitive and emotional functioning.
In addition, I specialize in court-ordered services, including co-parenting counseling, family therapy, and reconciliation therapy, where I help families improve communication, reduce conflict, and work toward healthier relational dynamics.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in both Pennsylvania and Florida. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher, and I’ve worked with children and families for over thirty years — an experience that continues to shape the way I connect with clients today.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, art therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), in which I am certified. I am also trained in neurofeedback, a brain-based intervention that helps improve self-regulation, focus, and overall brain functioning.
I take a strength-based, holistic approach to therapy, focusing not only on healing but also on building resilience, insight, and long-term personal growth. I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
I also specialize in court-ordered services, including co-parenting counseling, family therapy, and reconciliation therapy. In this work, I prioritize patience, healthy communication, and clear boundaries, ensuring each participant feels heard and validated while working toward meaningful resolution and reduced conflict.
