About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Thrive Counseling Services, a Gilbert group practice of 16 clinicians offering therapy for children, teens, adults, and couples, plus ADHD testing and medication management.
Thrive Counseling Services is a group practice, not a solo office. When you reach out to us, you're not choosing one therapist and hoping it works. You're getting access to a team of 16 clinicians with different specialties, personalities, and approaches, and we'll help you find the right match for you or your family.
I founded Thrive in 2011 with a simple idea: people do better when they feel truly understood and have a clear plan for what comes next. Today we serve families across the East Valley and throughout Arizona, and I still see clients myself because that work is what I love most. My own focus is adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and couples who feel stuck, distant, or in crisis and want a path back to each other.
Across our team, we work with children as young as preschool age, teens, adults, couples, and whole families. Our clinicians are trained in a wide range of modalities, including CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, play therapy, expressive arts therapy, family therapy, postpartum support, breathwork, and sound healing. That range matters, because the approach that helps one person can fall flat for another, and you deserve options.
We also offer services many therapy practices can't. Our ADHD testing uses the QbTest, an objective, FDA-cleared assessment for ages 6 and up that gives families a clear diagnosis and action plan. Our psychiatric nurse practitioners provide medication management, so counseling and med management can happen under one roof. And for clients who want faster progress, we offer therapy intensives.
A few things that matter to us: you should hear back quickly when you reach out, you shouldn't sit on a months-long waitlist, and you should be able to choose in-person sessions at our Gilbert office or telehealth from anywhere in Arizona. Sessions are 50 minutes, private pay, and we provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
If you're ready to get started, request a free consultation and we'll match you with the clinician who fits your needs best.
