About me
I specialize in grief and loss work with adults through telehealth, with occasional in-person appointments for local clients.
Are you navigating the death of someone in your life? Struggling with complicated emotions around a major life transition, medical diagnosis, or changes in relationships or family? Profound change can feel painful, disorienting, and isolating. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can process what you’re carrying and feel supported as you adapt to new circumstances.
My approach is person-centered, inclusive, and grounded in grief-informed and trauma-informed care. I integrate mindfulness, empathy, and evidence-based practices to tailor our work to your unique experience. Because no two grief journeys are the same, we will collaborate to shape support that meets your needs. Grief has no timeline. Together, we’ll work at your pace to process loss, move through emotional blocks, and develop tools that help you feel grounded even in the midst of intense emotional pain.
I am currently accepting new clients as an associate therapist at The EmpowHERment Collective, a private practice of female clinicians dedicated to supporting women through individual and group therapy via telehealth, with some in-person availability. I have experience working with young adults, adults, and older adults in outpatient and crisis settings, supporting concerns including bereavement, life transitions, chronic illness, relationship changes, and caregiver stress. I am a Certified Grief-Informed Professional and have completed additional training through Columbia University’s Center for Prolonged Grief.
