I specialize in working with women in the perinatal period, first responders, and children. I understand the challenges of adjusting to motherhood, infertility, experiencing vicarious trauma, and healing from adverse childhood experiences. Some clients want resources to help them keep going and meeting life's demands without revisiting their past; I can help with that. For others who want to dive deeper and find long term healing, my goal is to help them believe in their heart what they know in their brain. I'm worthy. I'm capable. I'm safe. I did the best I could. I’m certified in EMDR (including a specialization for children), Trauma Focused-CBT, and trauma-sensitive yoga.
