About me
I am an LCSW that specializes in helping adults heal from relationship challenges, manage anxiety, and build stronger connections—with themselves and others.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping young adults navigate the challenges of anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand—whether it’s overthinking every decision, struggling with trust in relationships, or coping with past experiences that continue to affect their present.
In our work together, I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT with relational insight and emotional exploration. My goal is to help you not just manage symptoms, but understand yourself on a deeper level so that the changes you make are lasting. We’ll explore your story, identify patterns that hold you back, and build practical strategies for coping with stress and uncertainty.
I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and understood. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional freedom, so that you can navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of your life, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone—I’m here to support you.
