About me
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping teens, young adults, and couples navigate trauma, anxiety, identity, and life transitions through evidence-based and faith-integrated therapy.
Life gets heavy sometimes. Whether you’re facing trauma, anxiety, a breakup, major transition, or just feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re walking through and figure out a way forward that feels true to who you are.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting teens, young adults, and couples through some of life’s hardest seasons. My approach is honest, compassionate, and focused on real progress. I’m not the type of therapist who just nods and smiles—I’ll show up with you, stay grounded, and help you do the hard work with both structure and heart.
I specialize in trauma work using EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I also integrate Attachment-based and trauma-informed practices. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, identity confusion, grief, relationship pain, or the weight of a difficult past, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be. If faith is important to you, I’m comfortable incorporating a Christian lens into our work together.
I work well with clients who want clarity, growth, and a safe space to unpack the deeper stuff—without feeling judged or rushed. My clients are often high-functioning but tired, struggling in silence, or unsure how to shift long-standing patterns. Others are in active crisis, facing divorce, separation, or painful family dynamics. Therapy with me is about finding the root of the struggle, not just putting a Band-Aid on symptoms.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. From there, we’ll build a plan that’s personalized to your needs. Sessions might involve exploring your story, learning new tools, processing trauma, or practicing new ways of thinking and responding. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to do the work.
You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to show up, and I’ll meet you there.
