About me

Hi I’am Amanda! I work from an attachment-based and somatic framework that also looks at how your thoughts and early experiences shaped you. We focus on safety and regulation first, then explore emotions, patterns, and meaning at a pace your nervous system can tolerate. The goal isn’t to relive the past, but to understand it, integrate it and create new ways of relating to yourself and others.

We don’t just “talk through” what you’re feeling, we also explore what your nervous system has learned to do to survive. Many people come to therapy feeling frustrated because they understand their patterns, but still can’t change them. Together, we work on creating real, sustainable change by helping your body feel safer, your emotions feel more manageable, and your inner world feel less heavy.

In sessions, I focus on building a supportive, grounded relationship where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll move at a pace that feels respectful and safe, and we’ll use practical tools you can apply outside of therapy—not just insight.

Clients often work with me on:
• Anxiety, stress, and nervous system dysregulation
• Trauma and complex trauma
• Depression and emotional shutdown
• Attachment wounds and relationship patterns
• Self-worth, overthinking, and feeling “not enough”
• Emotional intensity, anger, or mood shifts
• Burnout, people-pleasing, and perfectionism

I integrate evidence-based and body-based approaches to support both emotional healing and real-life functioning. If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, direct when needed, and deeply focused on helping you feel more stable and connected—this may be a great fit.

You don’t have to carry everything alone anymore. I’d be honored to support you.
