About me
Connection. As humans- connection is crucial to our existence and wellbeing. This concept also undoubtedly applies to the relationship one has with their therapist. The therapeutic relationship is especially potent, as it sets the tone to allow for the safe exploration of trauma, regret and perceived failures. It challenges the negative thoughts, belief system, biases, guilt and self sabotage. It allows for the clarification of goals. To witness achievements in personal growth and insight. This relationship is ultimately much more than a conduit for the application of years of education and training, but an alliance for change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Psychotherapist (LCSW-R) registered in NYS and FL. I offer an integrative approach which includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Psychodynamic, Attachment based approaches.
Allow me to walk with you on this journey of self discovery and growth.
