About me
I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to therapy, helping adults navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we work to build practical skills, strengthen emotional well-being, and support lasting personal growth.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut. I provide therapy in both Spanish and English and have experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, chronic pain conditions, ADHD, and adjustment difficulties.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness, and strength-based interventions to meet each client's unique needs. I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to help clients develop skills they can use in everyday life.
Whether you are working through a difficult life transition, healing from past experiences, or looking to improve your emotional well-being, I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel supported throughout your journey. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
