About me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples deepen self-understanding and create more fulfilling, connected lives. My work focuses on trauma, attachment patterns, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics. I take a relational, psychodynamic, and somatically informed approach, supporting clients in exploring how past experiences shape present challenges while building practical tools for change. I strive to create a grounded, attuned space where clients feel safe to be honest, curious, and fully themselves.
I believe therapy is most powerful when it balances insight with embodied experience. I’m especially drawn to working with clients navigating relational struggles, anxiety, life transitions, and the impact of formative wounds. My style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful — I value depth, authenticity, and humor when appropriate. Outside the therapy room, I’m continually engaged in my own growth and learning, which informs the care I bring to my work.
