I am a trauma-specialist LCSW in West Seneca NY specializing in Brainspotting, EMDR, and IFS. I help adults navigate complex trauma and dissociation by addressing how the past is stored in the body, moving beyond talk therapy to foster deep, lasting healing.

When you’ve experienced childhood trauma, the past often feels like it’s constantly intruding on the present. You may function well externally while struggling with deep-seated shame, nervous system dysregulation, or a disconnect from your body. I help adults heal these wounds through a professional, collaborative, and compassionate lens. While I support clients through all forms of complex trauma, I have a dedicated focus on helping survivors of childhood sexual abuse navigate the unique layers of healing required to reclaim their lives.

Using EMDR, brainspotting, internal family systems, and Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (partnered with prescriber) I help clients process traumatic memories stored in the brain and body. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, offering gender-affirming letter evaluations and judgment-free support for navigating intimacy concerns and non traditional relationship dynamics.
