I am dedicated to helping clients develop the skills needed to reach their goals. I use an empowering, supportive, and collaborative approach in therapy. With over 15 years of experience in substance dependency recovery, including 10 years as a Primary Therapist and 5 years as a Clinical Director, I am well-versed in working with dually diagnosed individuals.

I employ motivational, cognitive behavioral, rational-emotive behavioral, and solution-focused therapies to help clients make positive changes. My non-judgmental and empathic approach helps clients develop self-awareness, healthy coping strategies, and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. I approach therapy with warmth and authenticity, believing that success requires a joint effort between therapist and client. I look forward to starting this therapeutic journey with you.
