Hi, there! Nice to see you. My name is Alyssa, and I’m a licensed mental health counselor who has experience working with children and adults presenting with a variety of diagnoses, behavioral, and relational challenges. Some examples include: parenting, transitions, ADHD, trauma, coping skills, boundaries, self-esteem, stress management, anxiety, and depression, to name a few. If you are an individual who is struggling and is unsure where to start, let's connect!

My therapeutic style is eclectic - think of me as a chameleon who will individualize techniques to best meet you where you are at while encouraging growth and change. I operate through a realistic, non-judgmental, strengths-based and solution-focused lens, and incorporate humor, curiosity, transparency, and authenticity to build the therapeutic relationship.

I’ve found that the beauty within therapy is there are no hard and fast rules on what support “should” be sought for - if you are struggling, your challenges are valid as-is. When you are ready, it would be my pleasure to explore those challenges alongside you, and collaborate on realistic, sustainable changes.

I offer telehealth sessions and have availability Tuesday and Wednesday morning/afternoon. Insurances I accept are BCBS, United, NHP, and Aetna. I would be happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement with any out of network plans, if/when applicable.
