I am an experienced child/adolescent psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping our youth with everyday life struggles!
Hi there! My name is Alyssa and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who has been providing an array of behavioral health services for over 13 years. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable therapeutic space where you can be your authentic self and work towards personal growth and healing.
I like to offer each client an individualized approach to healing, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, etc. I have clinical experience working in a multitude of settings where I have specialized in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, Behavioral concerns, Anxiety/Depression, Mood Disorders, interpersonal dynamics, life transitions and self-esteem/self-advocacy struggles.
