About me

I work with clients in long-term, insight-oriented therapy who desire a more meaningful, self-led life. I will help you understand what's going on beneath the surface — the fears, longings, and protective patterns that quietly shape your life. We will approach these parts of yourself with curiosity, creating space for healing, growth, and self-trust.

Therapy with me is about deepening connection to improve your relationships with yourself and others. We will work together to help you deepen your understanding of yourself and uncover what is causing problems, confusion, and suffering. I will support you in developing new ways of being in the world, in which you will experience greater self-agency and meaning in your life.

I am warm, collaborative, engaged, and supportive, offering an environment where you can say things you've never had the permission to say out loud. You lead the way; I walk beside you.

I specialize in adoption. As an adoptee, I bring a unique understanding to working with adoptees, adoptive families, and birth parents in navigating the complexities of the adoption experience. I recognize that adoption is a lifelong journey, encompassing a unique set of challenges—whether you’re an adoptive parent with a child who is struggling, a birth parent who is grieving, or an adoptee looking for support.

If any of this resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out. I would be honored to support you.
