About me
My therapeutic approach is holistic, blending trauma-informed care, mindfulness, somatic exercises, inner-child work, and spiritual practices. Therapy with me feels warm, collaborative, and affirming as I integrate clinical insight with intuitive depth. I work best with women and femme-identifying individuals who are ready to transform personally, emotionally, and spiritually. Specifically, those exploring their identity, healing attachment wounds, leaving a toxic relationship, or transitioning into a new phase of life.
Clinically, my experience is in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are deeply intuitive, high-achieving, and healing from trauma, domestic violence, and burnout. Together, we will honor the past, explore what’s holding you back, and nurture the seeds you’ve been planting.
As we explore the unconscious, integrate the mind, body, and soul, and reclaim your story through a new lens, you will shift away from survival towards intentionally embodying your full authentic power. I am here to hold space for you to feel safe, seen, and supported. Let’s begin your healing journey toward clarity, peace, and wholeness!
