About me
Hey there! I’m Dr. Alyson Morgan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) and clinical supervisor. I specialize in working with individuals navigating Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, and emotionally immature family dynamics. My ideal client feels stuck in patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or anxiety and is ready to break cycles, set boundaries, and heal.
I am trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) & use bottom-up approaches to help the nervous system process trauma and restore balance. My work is trauma-informed and client-centered. Together, we’ll create a path toward self-trust, confidence, and emotional freedom.
Therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal journey. I provide a safe, supportive space to help you process the past, break unhelpful patterns, and step into your fullest self. My greatest strength is seeing your resilience, empowering you to heal, and walking alongside you as you create lasting change. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to help.
