About me
I'm a therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging experiences. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep commitment to meeting you where you are.
I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and abuse, process grief and shame, and rebuild their sense of self-worth. I also support those working through communication difficulties, isolation, relationship challenges, and questions about life purpose and meaning. Additionally, I have experience supporting women's health concerns, chronic pain and illness, body image struggles, and the emotional weight of serious health challenges like cancer.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, non-judgmental, and affirming. I create a space where you can explore your experiences authentically, without pressure or shame. I believe in honoring your values and worldview, and I'm committed to providing culturally responsive care that respects who you are.
Whether you're processing past trauma, managing present struggles, or seeking greater clarity about your path forward, I'm here to support your healing journey with compassion and skill.
