I am licensed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. My background has been in senior management working in the area of domestic abuse, supporting women and families with the endless difficulties that abuse brings, including overcoming financial, physical and emotional abuse, coercive control, substance misuse. My area of experience in therapy has been in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, domestic abuse, relationship breakdown and work difficulties. I recognise that there is not a one size fits all approach to therapy and so, the models of therapy I use depends on the needs of each individual and may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person Centred Therapy and Family Therapy. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
