About me
work with individuals of all ages who experience anxiety, depression, and have difficulty with emotional regulation. I rely on a Person-Centered approach to build rapport with each unique client. I specialize in both working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and combatting antisemitism. I use a Trauma Informed Approach and Feminist therapy to be an advocate for all individuals. I have a minor in music, and I like to implement music into my therapy services. I bring a special blend of social advocacy, musicianship, and empathy into my work. My personal and professional experiences provide me a unique perspective in counseling.
Furthermore, I use a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Play Therapy based on client needs.
