I am a Licensed Clinician and love counseling teenagers and adults. I have worked in the field of Mental Health for over a decade and am passionate in the healing arts of counseling and providing interventions to those who suffer from anger, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, PTSD, Low self-esteem, unhealthy relationships, and lack of boundaries. I offer individual sessions as well as marriage counseling.

I am a wife of 40 years, a mother of four beautiful adult children and 7 gorgeous grandchildren. I have been through really dark, difficult times in my life, but God, family and support from friends and great counselors guided me for change and transformation in my own life. Because of this, I too am blessed to help others!
My motto is to be grateful for today, to take one step at a time, not to take on more than I can handle, and that boundaries are important in life. We are not born with coping skills, we learn them. I am proof that it is never too late to change. I want to be a support for you while you find your authentic self!
My experience in the last decade has been in the helping profession as a Social Worker. My passion is to create a safe and accepting place for teens and adults alike to open up share their life experiences and draw upon their strengths and find their authentic self!
