About me
My counseling style is compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, with a strong focus on creating a supportive and understanding environment. I take a person-centered approach, incorporating talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and art therapy to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns in meaningful and creative ways. I encourage you to think outside the box while providing a safe space where you can feel vulnerable, heard, and truly seen.
I have experience working with toddlers, children, adolescents, young adults, and adults across a variety of clinical settings. I have supported clients facing a wide range of concerns, including autism, cognitive impairments, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, and social anxiety.
Hello! My name is Allison Carluccio, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with five years of experience providing mental health services in diverse environments, including preschool and high school settings, private practice, and an Intensive Outpatient Crisis Center. As your therapist, my goal is to inspire and support you in creating attainable, sustainable goals that promote meaningful and lasting change.
I am deeply committed to helping you grow into the best version of yourself by building confidence, empowerment, and effective coping strategies. I understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming or intimidating, and I strive to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported as you work through life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth.
