About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a diverse professional background. I have worked with various populations, including those who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, relationship problems, addiction, domestic violence, and crisis intervention.
Hi, My name is Allison, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I earned a Master of Science in Christian Counseling & Marriage and Family Therapy from Grand Canyon University in 2017. I have been working in the counseling area 19 years. The last 6 of those years have been in Oregon.
I began my career working with Domestic Violence Survivors and Troubled Youth at a Residential Treatment and Rehabilitation center serving Men, Women, Men & Children, and Women & Children.
Active-duty Military personnel, Military children and spouses, Military families, and at a Forensic Psychiatric Hospital. I am certified in various modalities, including Art Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, SMART Recovery, the CAMS Suicidal framework, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more. These modalities have been proven effective in addressing a wide range of mental health issues, and I am skilled in applying them to meet each client's unique needs.
Throughout my career, I have been unwavering in my dedication to supporting and empowering people to live their best lives.
